The supply tank is required for each main pump, provided the pump is installed in suction mode. It ensures the pump and suction line is constantly filled with water even in the event of leakages.
The supply tank is equipped with accessories as described in the scope of delivery.
Installation
The supply tank is connected to the discharge pipe of each main pump at a higher level than the pump. The water must be able to run freely to the tank on the pressure side of the pump via a connection line.
Scope of delivery
Supply tank kit consisting of:
- One supply tank (500 l) according to EN 12845
- 1 float valve ball with a diameter of 150 mm
- 1 float switch with 5 m cable
- 1 ball valve for bypass volume flow
- Valves for drainage and overflow
