YOUR TASKS

  • Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee product planning, development, launch, maintenance, and phase-out, ensuring alignment with market needs.
  • Coordination of resources and stakeholders: Collaborate with internal (R+D, marketing, sales, operations) and external teams to ensure the successful execution of projects.
  • Control of deadlines and budgets: Define schedules, manage risks and ensure compliance with financial objectives.
  • Market analysis and customer requirements: Identify trends, collect feedback and translate it into technical and commercial specifications.
  • Benchmarking and price studies: Perform comparative analyses with the competition to define competitive and profitable pricing strategies.
  • Product communication: Marketing support in product communication, preparing all the technical documentation for the positioning of the product in the market.
  • Portfolio optimization: Evaluate performance, propose improvements, and manage product retirement or upgrades.
  • Driving growth: Ensuring that product decisions contribute to revenue and profitability goals.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Education: Degree in Engineering, Product Marketing, Administration or related areas.
  • Experience: minimum of 5 years in product management, business development or technical marketing, with at least 2 years in project coordination.
  • Languages: Advanced English (essential), knowledge of other languages is a plus.
  • Technical skills: Knowledge of product development processes.
    Budget and schedule management.
    Market analysis, benchmarking and pricing.
  • Soft skills:
    Transversal leadership.
    Effective communication.
    Results-oriented.
