Hi, I'm Daniel and I've been with WILO SE since 2015.

I'm an engineer in the field of continuous improvement and have also been a member of the Glück Auf Dortmund initiative for 1.5 years.

I was born in Dortmund and also completed my mechanical engineering studies here at the Technical University. And immediately afterwards I had the opportunity to start working for me in Dortmund. In my position, I carry out various optimisation projects with which I make everyday work easier for employees and make processes more efficient. What I particularly like about my job is working in a team and the varied work environment.

This gives me the opportunity to develop personally and professionally within a very short time. In 150 years, I still see Wilo in constant growth and as an outstanding employer that has not lost its humanity. I am particularly proud of our modern working environment, here in the Smart Factory at the Dortmund location. My Wilo heart beats particularly for the automated production processes and electronics manufacturing here at the Dortmund location.

In order to be efficient every day, a work-life balance is very important. I do a lot of sport in my free time and pay attention to my diet.

My wish for the next 150 years is that we will give many more people in the world access to water. For the future, I wish that I can carry out many more great projects for Wilo.
