The Wilo Comfort twin pump pressurisation units (duty / standby) are designed for use on heating or chilled water systems up to and including 3.5, 6.0 and 8.0 bar cold fill pressures.
The unit is fitted with an 18 litre polypropylene break tank c/w type AB air gap to BS13077:2008 and water regulations 1999, Wras approved equilibrium ball float valve to BS1212 and a low water float switch and strainers for pump protection.
Each pump is fitted with a non return valve and quick release couplings for ease of maintenance. The pressure transducer monitors the system pressure and feeds a 0-10v signal to the comfort controller.
Comfort Controller is complete with the following features:
- User friendly interface that has a 2 line LCD backlight display
- Healthy / fail LED
- Password protection
- System Fill for initial fill of system
- Pump check routine, that runs both pumps for 2 seconds if inactive for 7-90 days
- Pump trip and fail alarms
- System leak alarm
- Excessive starts alarm

- Hours Run
- Automatic duty rotation
- Connectivity: BACnet = RS485 interface, BACnet MS/TP protocol
