Highly efficient, non-self-priming high-pressure multistage centrifugal pump in horizontal design, equipped with electronically controlled EC motor of energy efficiency class IE5 in accordance with IEC 60034-30-2.
The pump is suitable for water supply, water distribution and pressure boosting, industrial recirculation systems, process water, closed cooling circuits and heating. It can also be used in washing systems as well as for irrigation.
Control modes:
- Constant speed n-c: manually with green button or via external signals
- Constant pressure p-c, constant differential pressure ∆p-c, variable pressure p-v, variable differential pressure ∆p-v: pressure control with sensor, setpoint adjustment with green button or by means of external signals
- PID control: other constant control variables (temperature, volume flow, pressure....) with sensor, setpoint adjustment with green button, by means of external signals

The kit detects low water using pressure measurement and is adjusted to the increase in pressure and pressure maintenance of non-potable water. The kit is used exclusively for single-phase products. For horizontal pumps, the connection is established for 1" or 1"1/4 using a reduction nipple M/M 1"1/4-1". For vertical pumps, the oval shape 1"1/4 connection is possible using an oval counter flange with an O-ring. The switch-on and switch-off pressure for needs-based operation and pressure range of the pump is configured on the reverse pressure switch. The pressure measurement is carried out using a single-phase low pressure switch. If the pressure decreases and reaches 0.1 bar, the pump is stopped. The pump starts again when the pressure rises and reaches 0.5 bar. These starting and stopping pressure values are factory settings and can be changed. The differential pressure sensor kit enables dp-c and dp-v control of the frequency-controlled high-pressure centrifugal pumps. The sensor measures the differential pressure between the suction ports and discharge ports to the pipes, and converts this into an electrical signal 4-20 mA, which is used by the frequency converter to regulate the pressure of the pump.
