Vertical version of highly efficient high-pressure multistage centrifugal pump with in-line connections, IEC motor with motor efficiency class IE5 and integrated, air-cooled frequency converter. The integrated frequency converter enables variable speed, pressure and PID control.
Control modes
Speed control: Manually via green button or an external signal
- Constant or variable pressure: Pressure control via sensor, setpoint configuration via green button or external signal
- PID control: other constant control variables (temperature, volume flow, pressure…) with sensor, setpoint adjustment with Green Button, by means of external signals
The electronic module offers various protective functions including overload protection, low-water recognition as well as safeguards for mains under or overvoltage, high ambient temperature, phase failure, blocked pumps and short-circuits. Error messages are output to the display.

- In1: Input, sensor signal 4 – 20 mA, 0 – 10 V, 0 – 20 mA or 2 – 10 V
- In2: Input, setpoint 0 – 20 mA, 0 – 10 V, 4 – 20 mA or 2 – 10 V

The pump and motor shafts are connected via clamp coupling. A special lantern ball bearing ensures optimum admission of axial thrusts. Special, built-in lifting eyes allow the pump to be easily installed.
The pump is suitable for water distribution and boosting, industrial circulation systems, process water and cooling water circulation systems, fire-fighting systems, washing systems, and irrigation. It can also be used in washing systems as well as for irrigation.

The differential pressure sensor kit enables dp-c and dp-v control of the frequency-controlled high-pressure centrifugal pumps. The sensor measures the differential pressure between the suction ports and discharge ports to the pipes, and converts this into an electrical signal 4-20 mA, which is used by the frequency converter to regulate the pressure of the pump. The value of the output current is proportional to the differential pressure. Scope of delivery
