Compact particle separator system as “Plug & Play” version, easy installation and commissioning. The system consists of mechanical and hydraulic components as well as control units: Pump, separator (including magnets), automatic flushing device, venting unit, switchgear for the pump and control of the flushing device. Suction connections and discharge ports as well as mains connection are provided by the customer. Automatic draining of the system.
Wilo-SiClean removes sludge and micro bubbles from heating systems using natural, physical phenomena and also supports the degassing process. For installation in commercial buildings (administration buildings, hotels, hospitals, shopping centres, schools, etc.) and district heating applications.

Switchgear
Fully electronic central control unit
- Metal housing with protection class IP54, with main switch
- Additional costs for optional modules and connection modules for BMS and bus systems or their activation codes (factory setting installation or later in accordance with technical clarification).

Pump
Glanded pumps from the Vero series... are intended for use as circulators in Building Services. They can be used in hot-water heating systems, cooling and cold water cycles as well as in industrial circulation systems.
Venting unit
Venting unit installed on the upper side of the system for venting the fluid consisting of:
- Automatic extractor with stop valve for continuous venting of the fluid
Flushing device
The automatic flushing device consists of an electronic drain valve, an electronic safety valve with a retaining spring in case of leakage and a leak detection device for safe operation. The parameters for the flushing process (time-related) can be set in the control panel.
Hoses
EPDM hose with AISI 30 stainless steel braiding and brass fittings
The connections in the inlet and outlet are between DN 32 – DN 100
Separator
Separator made of stainless steel with movable magnetic rods. A sludge collection chamber is located at the bottom of the separator where all particles from the fluid are collected. The automatic flushing device is used to drain the sludge collection chamber.
