Wilo remote access makes it possible to monitor the operating status of your pump systems at different properties – even from the comfort of your office – enabling you to react immediately in the event of a fault.

In addition, you have access to a range of operating data for analysing and optimising your pump systems. Compared to detailed on-site checks for all your installations, this saves a lot of time.

Control and monitor your system conveniently from anywhere!

You only need four things for remote access:

1. A next-generation smart Wilo pump or, for older Wilo pumps, a Wilo-Smart IF module as an accessory and the Wilo Net.

2. The Wilo-Smart Gateway

3. A mobile device

4. The Wilo-Assistant app with its Smart-Connect feature

Next-generation smart Wilo pumps

These Wilo pumps are designed for smart applications. Our smart pumps Wilo-Stratos MAXO and Wilo-Stratos GIGA2.0-I leave the factory equipped with a Wilo-Connect module for Bluetooth use. Our Smart-Connect symbol, which you see when you switch on the pump, makes this clear.
