Strengthening Service Excellence: Nationwide WSP Hands-On Service Training at Wilo’s Kesurdi Plant
Wilo India successfully conducted an intensive Service Training Program for its All-India Wilo Service Partner (WSP) technician team at the DW/Kesurdi manufacturing plant from 13th April to 17th April 2026. The program reaffirmed Wilo’s commitment to continuous capability building, technical excellence, and service reliability across regions.
The training witnessed an overwhelming response, with 47 technician nominations received from across the country. Considering the highly practical nature of the program, the batch was optimized to 35 participants to ensure maximum engagement and effective hands-on learning.
Program Overview
Starting on 13th April 2026, the multi-day training brought together Service Partners from the North, South, East, and West Zones. Designed as a comprehensive hands-on technical upskilling initiative, the program focused on large pumping systems and advanced control panels, covering:
Horizontal Split Case (HSC) Pumps
Multistage Ring Section Pumps
Vertical Turbine (VT) Pumps
Control Panels for small to heavy-duty applications
The training aimed to strengthen service teams’ understanding of operation, installation, maintenance, commissioning, and troubleshooting of pumps, motors, engines, and control panels—ensuring faster response times, reduced downtime, and enhanced customer confidence.
The program was formally inaugurated by Mr. Vimal Vyas and Mr. Akshay Damle, reflecting Wilo India’s shared vision of knowledge sharing, structured skill development, and service excellence.
