Compact pressure boosting system, for direct or indirect connection. Consisting of a non self-priming, vertically-mounted stainless steel high-pressure centrifugal pump in a glandless version, for which the pump is fitted with a frequency converter. Ready for connection with stainless steel pipework, mounted on a base frame, with all necessary measurement and adjustment equipment.
For fully automatic water supply and pressure boosting in residential, office and administrative buildings, hotels, hospitals, department stores (systems with a standby pump are to be provided for this purpose within the scope of DIN 1988 and DIN EN 806) as well as in industrial systems.
For pumping drinking water, process water, cooling water, fire water (apart from fire-extinguishing systems in accordance with DIN 14462 and with the approval of the local fire safety authorities) or other types of industrial water that do not attack the materials either chemically or mechanically and do not contain abrasive or long-fibre constituents.

Equipment/function
1 pump of the MVISE series with glandless motor speed controlled via integrated frequency inverter mounted on galvanized steel height adjustable base frame.
All components in contact with fluid are corrosion resistant.

Set up on galvanised base frame with height-adjustable vibration absorber with diaphragm pressure vessel (volume 8 l) including flow fitting in accordance with DIN 4807, integrated non-return valve, pressure sensors (4 - 20 mA) and pressure gauge for the automatic system control with p = constant or p = variable function. Delivery head setpoint infinitely variable by means of one-button operation available on the frequency converter. Automatic zero-volume detection and deactivation. Built-in motor protection by means of electronic current monitoring.
With LCD display for status and actual pressure display, as well as one-button operation for configuring the pressure level and all setpoint defaults, as well as potential-free contacts for the collective fault and collective run signals.
Wired and ready for connection and piped with shut-off valve on the pressure side mounted to the base frame.
