Atmos GIGA-I 200/390-90/4

Single-stage glanded centrifugal pump with in-line design for pipe installation or installation on a base. Low-oscillation and low-noise close-coupled design with lantern and rigidly connected standard flange motor. With force-flushed, bidirectional bellows mechanical seal (from 37 kW/4-pole, optionally available with a cartridge mechanical seal in back pull-out design for mechanical seal replacement without dismantling the motor) and cavitation-reducing impeller. Flange with R 1/8 pressure measuring connections.

All grey cast iron components are cataphoretic-coated.

Pumps with motors ≥ 5.5 kW are equipped as standard with a PTC thermistor sensor for motor protection.

The motor terminal box ≤ 7.5 kW can be made of metal or plastic. If a metal terminal box is absolutely necessary, please order the appropriate special variant. The motor terminal boxes > 7.5 kW are always made of metal.

• Mechanical seal for pumping water up to Tmax = +140 °C. Up to T ≤ +40 °C, a glycol admixture of 20 % to 40 % by volume is permissible. An alternative mechanical seal must be provided for water-glycol mixtures with a glycol content of > 40% to max. 50% by volume and a fluid temperature of > +40 °C to max. +120 °C or other fluids that differ from water. When using water-glycol mixtures, the use of an S1 variant with a corresponding mechanical seal is generally recommended.
