Automatic rainwater supply and fresh water replenishment pump as a compact module for commercial and industrial rainwater supply from a ground reservoir or a rainwater storage tank using submersible motor pumps acting as feeding pumps (see the Wilo Drain series) comprising two (to four) absolute low-noise, non-self-priming, multistage, horizontal high-pressure centrifugal pumps. Ball valve and non-return valve on suction and pressure side per pump with joint tubing on the pressure side.

Large-volume hybrid tank (400 l) with needs-based replenishment of drinking water when the rainwater storage tank is not filled. Flow-through diaphragm pressure vessel in accordance with DIN 8 4807 for energy-saving with very small building leaks. All parts that come in contact with the fluid are corrosion-free. RainControl Hybrid electronic control for connection of water supply- and cistern pumps with main switches, control switches for each pump with Manual-0-Automatic function. Even system control by activation/deactivation of the pumps in a cascade, pump cycling and integrated test run when pumps are at rest. Automatic fault-actuated switchover and peak-load cut-in guarantee maximum system availability. System/level control in the low-voltage area, automatic control of feeding pump, integrated electronic motor protection and dry-running protection. Comprehensive signals in the switchgear as well as potential-free contacts for collective running and fault signals. Ideally suited for connection to the building management system (BMS/DDC). Electrically and hydraulically connection-ready; installed on grid pipe frame with anti-corrosive paint, vibration-insulated and height-adjustable.

Option:

Extension module, rainwater storage tank fill level indicator, operating hour meter, individual running- und individual fault signals, time switch, 60Hz versions.

Pump control:

Control of rainwater supply- and rainwater storage tank pumps, control via pressure transmitter 4-20 mA and reed contacts. Monitoring of levels in hybrid tanks. Motor protection.

Drinking water replenishment:

DVGW certified solenoid valve R 1 with free drain in accordance with DIN 1988 (make-up funnel and non-splashing intake, integrated on the tank side), rainwater storage tank pump connecting piece Ø 50 (non-splashing intake, integrated on the tank side)
