Wilo-Isar MODH1-1

Efficient compact systems for drinking water applications.

Your advantages
Wilo-ISAR MODH1-1

Efficient compact systems for drinking water applications.

The Wilo-Isar MODH1 is a pressure-boosting system with multistage, horizontal fix speed pumps, which is suitable for water supply and boosting in small commercial buildings thanks to its compact, space saving design. Its modular construction can be fitted optionally with one, two or three pumps of the type Wilo-Medana CH1-L. Components with fluid contact are also suitable for drinking water applications. Flexible connections, its small space, its service-friendly hydraulic components and the Easy Controller make installation, commissioning and maintenance very easy.

Your advantages

  • High operational reliability, thanks to system with one, two or three horizontal multistage CH1-L pumps with stainless steel hydraulics
  • Easy installation and maintenance thanks to special, flexibly adjustable connections to manifolds
  • Easy commissioning and operation with the Easy Controller
  • Drinking water approval (ACS and KTW) for pumps with components made of stainless steel that come into contact with the fluid
Series description
Wilo-ISAR MODH1

Design

Pressure-boosting system with one non-self-priming stainless steel high-pressure multistage centrifugal pump

Application

  • Fully automatic water supply and pressure boosting in inlet mode, either from the public water supply network or from a tank, for domestic, commercial, industrial and municipal applications (e.g. residential, office, administration buildings, hotels, hospitals, trades, industry, water supply companies).
  • Pumping drinking water, process water, cooling water or other industrial water, which does not affect the materials used, neither chemically nor mechanically, and does not have any abrasive or long-fibre constituents

Equipment/function

  • 1 CH1-L pump per system
  • Components that come in contact with the fluid are corrosion-resistant
  • Electrogalvanised base frame with height-adjustable vibration absorbers for insulation against structure-borne noise
  • Stop valve on every pump on the suction and discharge sides
  • Non-return valve, on the discharge side
  • Pressure sensor, on the discharge side
  • Pressure gauge optional, on the suction side
  • Pressure gauge, on the discharge side
  • Low-water cut-out switchgear, optional
  • EC-control with IP54 plastic housing, consisting of an internal power supply unit, microprocessor, analogue and digital input and output modules
