Consulting guide

Low-water cut-out switchgear

According to DIN 14462, dry-running protection relay, e.g. for connection to low water float switches of the WILO FLA break tanks, electrodes etc.; low water status only for signalling of faults. Protection against low water level is active in the test run. The contacts of the necessary float switch must be wired to the connecting terminals in the controller.

Atmospherically ventilated break tank according to DIN 14462, for indirect connection of a fire extinguishing system to the public drinking water supply according to DIN 1988-600, system separation provided by a safety device in accordance with EN 13077 (free outlet), type AB in accordance with DIN EN 1717.

When using, please observe DIN 1988 - 600 and the regulations of the local water suppliers.

Important:

Onsite connection lines are to be connected in such a way that they are voltage-free and not weight-loaded!
