Wilo-Atmos GIGA-NHT
The dedicated pump for district heating and industrial heat supply applications.
The dedicated pump for district heating and industrial heat supply applications.
Standardised dimensions, different motor variants, impellers and sliding directional seals make the Wilo-Atmos GIGA-NHT a universally applicable standardised pump for transporting hot fluids. Its heat- and pressure-resistant design offers high reliability for transporting water with temperatures ranging from -20 to above 200 °C, as well as oil with temperatures from 0 to 350 °C. The pump, which has been specially developed for continuous operation, is characterised by low life cycle costs, as its self-cooling technology means that there is no need for an additional cooling system and its roller bearings are maintenance-free. With an MEI > 0.4 and the use of IE3/IE4 motors, it has a high overall efficiency. Energy consumption can be further reduced by means of speed control using an optionally available Wilo-EFC. In case of maintenance, the spacer coupling ensures that the mechanical seal can be replaced as quickly as possible. In this case, Wilo offers additional, supplementary services ranging from commissioning to maintenance, and the comprehensive WiloCare full-service package is designed to ensure optimum operational reliability.

Your advantages
- Universally usable thanks to standardised dimensions, a range of motor options and impellers as well as mechanical seals adapted to the type of fluid
- High reliability through heat-resistant ductile cast-iron casing, large-volume sealing chamber and pressure resistant flange (PN 25)
- High overall efficiency through improved hydraulics with MEI > 0.4; the use of IE3/IE4 motors enables high energy savings
- Self-cooling mechanical seal instead of additional cooling systems allows for an easy installation
- User-friendly spacer coupling in back pull-out design for easy maintenance
- Self-cooling technology instead of a cooling system with additional water consumption provides high sustainability
- Optional: Wilo-EFC for easy operation and further energy savings
Environmentally friendly properties
- High overall efficiency and high energy savings by using an IE3/IE4 motor
- Energy and material savings as a result of self-cooling technology instead of a cooling system with additional water consumption
- Recyclability and durability of material composition, e.g. cast iron
Design
Single-stage, low-pressure centrifugal pump with axial suction, mounted on a baseplate. Standard version with spacer coupling.
Application
- Hot-water heating systems
- Cooling and chilled water circulation systems
- District heating loops up to 200 °C
- Industrial water cycles up to 200 °C
