About the Role
This is a full-time position based in Westzaan, the Netherlands (just 20 minutes from Amsterdam), offering a challenging and rewarding career in a global, innovative company. You are responsible for coordinating all quality-related activities for OEM customers, supporting product quality improvement, and assisting the sales team in technical matters. Quality Coordination for OEM Customers

Act as the key interface between customers and local sales support teams.

Maintain strong ‘peer-to-peer’ relationships with key account customers.

Manage customer claims efficiently, liaising with internal quality networks using the 8D method.
- Ensure coherent decision-making in collaboration with sales managers.
Product Quality Enhancement & Support

Contribute to the continuous improvement of product quality for OEM customers.

Ensure regular collection and analysis of faulty products from customer plants.

Provide accurate warranty reports with service area support.

Perform on-site expertise, including rework and sorting of goods, and draft expert reports with problem analysis and recommendations.

Organize audits in operational plants and track action plans.
New Product Launches & Customer Engagement

Support the introduction of new Wilo products in customer plants.

Participate in customer visits for performance monitoring and claim management.

Train and support teams by sharing expert knowledge and best practices.
- Provide regular data monitoring, reporting, and statistics to relevant stakeholders and sales teams.
What are the required qualifications & skills?

Bachelor's degree in engineering or related.

At least 3 years of experience in customer quality or product quality, preferably within the OEM sector.

Strong technical background with expertise in problem-solving methodologies such as 8D, Ishikawa, and 5 Whys.

Knowledge of electrical measurement techniques, dimensional analysis, and sealing methods.

Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Access).

Fluent in English both verbal and written (any additional European language(s) are a plus).

Highly analytical, methodical, and detail oriented.

Ability to work autonomously while maintaining strong teamwork collaboration.

Willingness to travel frequently (minimum twice per month) to customer sites.
