High-efficiency circulators for heating systems: Comfortable rooms with perfect temperature control
Whether it’s a radiator or underfloor heating, Wilo provides high-efficiency circulators for a wide variety of heating systems in detached and semi-detached houses. The circulators have an extremely long service life and are highly efficient. Not only do they reliably provide comfortable heating, they also noticeably reduce electricity costs compared to uncontrolled circulators.
A comfortable warmth and lower energy costs
Heating is the heart of a home because there’s very little that affects personal well-being as much as a comfortable room temperature. Heating circulators in the overall heating system make a significant contribution to this as heating circulators run continuously. Supplying the distribution network with a constant and reliable supply of heated water therefore places high demands on a heating circulator.
Wilo high-efficiency circulators convert all rooms into a comfortable feel-good zone. They not only provide warmth and comfort, but they also help to save energy and therefore costs. Switching from an uncontrolled circulator to a high-efficiency circulator usually pays for itself after just two to three years.
Drive forward solar thermal energy together with us
Fossil fuels such as petroleum and gas are becoming harder to extract, increasingly expensive and cause damage to the environment. Reducing emissions is becoming increasingly important in the face of political pressure and social responsibility for future generations. This means the focus is on switching to renewable energies such as solar power.
Even in the case of solar thermal technology, the circulator is the heart of the system, as the solar circuit circulator always transports the required amount of heat carrier fluid from the solar collectors to the heat exchanger in the storage tank and back.
For this purpose, you can also integrate our circulators into existing solar control systems (PWM controllers), among other things. In addition to controllability, the temperature resistance of the components is also very important in solar thermal technology. Our circulators therefore have an approved temperature range of up to 110 °C for this application.
Thanks to your specialist knowledge and our circulators, geothermal energy will become a successful model
In addition to the energy we get from wind and the sun, geothermal energy is becoming increasingly important. In order to be able to use geothermal energy, we need special geothermal collectors or borehole heat exchangers, through which the heat carrier fluid is conveyed. Ground water is also a suitable heat source.
For this purpose as well, our small circulators Wilo-Para G and big circulators Wilo-Para MAXO G offer you the special design for this specific application.
Benefit from compact and reliable solutions as manufacturer
Wilo-Para small circulators are easy to integrate in your systems thanks to their compact and standardised design as well as specific pump housings.
Moreover, the choice between 3 different control modes allows you to choose the most appropriate mode according to your system.
Wilo-Para MAXO big-circulators for small collective housings will provide you maximum flexibility as they integrate self-control and external control modes, maximum convenience for electrical installation and an immediate information on pump status thanks to a dedicated LED.

Digitalisation of pumps: Perfectly integrated and optimised remotely
The digitalisation of pumps and pump systems provides intelligent options to equally increase cost-effectiveness, transparency and sustainability when supplying large buildings with heating energy and domestic hot water. For this purpose, Wilo provides connective system solutions, which can be very easily integrated into a new or existing building management system and analysed and controlled in a smart way via remote access.
Moreover we make the integration of our pumps into your systems easy thanks to customisations such as motor power, connection types ...
Wilo provides diverse interfaces for integration
Wilo provides a variety of analogue and digital interfaces for integrating our pump systems into an existing building automation system. For on-site integration, communication interface modules (“CIF”) can be directly plugged into the pump, therefore establishing communication with the common bus systems. In the latest smart pump generations of the Stratos MAXO and Stratos GIGA2.0, a new module has been added with Wilo CIF Ethernet, which establishes modern Ethernet communication with a wide variety of protocols such as BACnet IP and Modbus TCP.
Achieve maximum energy efficiency thanks to overall system optimisation
Whilst it’s almost impossible to improve upon the pump’s efficiency, the main focus for new pump generations is therefore on optimising the overall pump system. With Stratos GIGA2.0, we rely on the interaction of IE5 EC motor technology and proven pump hydraulics in combination with innovative control functions. These include, for example, Dynamic Adapt plus, Multi-Flow Adaptation or T-const. It’s this interaction that allows you to optimise the energy efficiency of the overall pump system.
Convenient connectivity and control for maximum operational reliability
Wilo-Smart Connect is the general Wilo communications platform for you to access existing and future Wilo pumps and pump systems. It enables local adjustment and operation using mobile devices via Bluetooth, as well as a remote access option and multiple pump control thanks to connectivity via Wilo Net.
All you need for this is the Wilo-Assistant app and its Smart Connect function.
