As is the tradition, Wilo-OEM gathered most of its OEM business major customers and stakeholders for its event Wilo Top.

This year the seminar took place in the city of dreams, Vienna, in one of its numerous Palais, the Palais Niederösterreich, in the town center.

Wilo-OEM welcomed 23 different customers : Ariston Thermo Group, BDR Thermea, Bitron Group, Ferroli, Innovita from Italy, Afriso, Oventrop, PAW, Reflex Winkelmann, Resol, Tuxhorn, Viessmann, Watts Industries from Germany, Çelikpan from Turkey, Groupe Atlantic from France, Intergas from the Netherlands, Danfoss from Danemark, Nibe from Sweden and a strong representation from China with Trane Air Conditioning System, Vanward New Electric, Qingdao Haier New Energy Appliance, Jianqsu Gomon New Energy and Shandong Airpower Energy-Saving Equipment.

The agenda was as full as ever:

After a warm welcome from Michael Ranft, senior Vice President Business Unit OEM, Carsten Krumm gave the audience the latest news of the Wilo Group.

Krystyna Dawson, Director of BSRIA Worldwide Market Intelligence, imparted an exhaustive view on the global trends impact on HVAC markets.

Michael Glass, Vice President Product & Segments from Danfoss, focused on District Energy and its major role in the Renewable Future.

At last Dr Prof Frank Piller, Vice Dean of RWTH School of Business and Economics, Professor and Chair of Technology and Innovation Management and Academic Director of RWTH Aachen & Fraunhofer Executive MBA, provided the participants with a dynamic and interactive presentation of the Industry 4.0 as the 4th industrial revolution.

After the meeting, the whole group had the pleasure of visiting the Palais Belvedere, former princely residence and now museum where the guests were able to admire paintings by Gustav Klimt, Egon Schiele and Oskar Kokoschka.

Upon return to the Palais, a dinner concluded this informative day and allowed the guests to reinforce their relationships and share on the different subjects addressed during the seminar.
