We offer you: extensive functions for control and interface connection

Even in the case of an interface connection with contacts and voltage and current interfaces to building automation, Wilo has extensive functions at hand. In addition to control via communicative interfaces, Wilo also offers control and signaling via classical multi-wire connections. Depending on the pump type, connections are made to the pump, to an optional IF module, or to an interface converter.

Function details

Control input analog (pressure or speed setpoint)

The analogue control input can deliver a setpoint specification in the chosen control mode or a speed specification for the drive, depending on the type of pump. The possible physical input value, as well as the control type, is given after the series. The transmission function is specific to the application.

For these series, a corresponding analog input 0...10 V or 4...20 mA is included in the standard equipment:

  • Stratos GIGA, IP-E/DP-E, IL-E/DL-E, BL-E
  • Helix Excel, Helix VE, MultiVert MVIE, Economy MHIE


Stratos/Stratos-D/Stratos-Z

For these series, the following IF modules with 0...10 V analog input are available:

  • Stratos SBM IF module (2030495)
  • IF module Ext. Off Stratos (2030475)
  • IF module Ext. Min (2030485)

Control input Overriding Off (Ext. Off)

For the following series, a corresponding input is included in the standard equipment:

  • VeroLine IP-E/DP-E series
  • VeroLine IL-E/DL-E series
  • Stratos GIGA series
  • Economy MHIE series
  • Multivert MVIE series
  • Multivert MVISE series
  • Helix VE series

For other series, the following IF modules or optional modules are available:

  • Stratos/Stratos-D/Stratos-Z: Stratos Ext. IF module Off, IF module Ext. Off/SBM
