WILO IN THE USA - A SUCCESS STORY
Starting today, Wilo TV offers exciting insights into the successful M&A activities in North America. Currently, WILO USA is one of the most profitable companies in the Wilo Group.
"We have been practicing a "region-by-region" approach for years. This means that we consistently pursue the goal of serving regional or local customer needs with regionally or locally manufactured products. We will further intensify this approach in the coming years. We have therefore invested heavily in the USA, a very important market for us," explains Oliver Hermes, President and CEO of the Wilo Group.
Mathias Weyers, member of the Executive Board and CFO of WILO SE, is also extremely satisfied with the successful company acquisitions: "With the purchase of Weil & Scot and the acquisition of American-Marsh Pumps, the Wilo Group has further expanded its application competence. This has strengthened our US activities in the market segments Building Services Commercial, Industry and OEM. The additional production capacities enable us to meet customer needs in the US market promptly and in line with demand. It also enables us to offer a broader range of high-quality products "Made in the USA".
