Our reactive maintenance support service provides data centre owners and operators peace of mind that failure doesn't result in service outages and fines. If your rotating equipment breaks, we'll be there to fix it.
We guarantee technical support via phone or Teams within 12 hours and onsite support within 48 hours (UK mainland only).

Our Core service and support package provides you with entry level service and maintenance support, including annual rotating asset inspection and service with technical advice and recommendations, critical asset health check and critical asset spares log.

For sites or assets with no current support or monitoring, Core gets your site on the first step of the journey towards asset management best practices, offering inspections, asset servicing and critical asset support through health checks and spares management.
Our Core service & support package offers:
- Annual inspection of mechanical / rotating assets on site
- Site asset log and critical asset assessment, with log of critical spares
- Annual critical asset health check (mobile condition-based monitoring including vibration analysis and thermography)
- High level recommendations report – aligned to ‘Best Practice’ (submitted within 10 working days of site inspection) – supporting reporting requirements.
Core is recommended for:

Prevent: our strategic approach to preventative maintenance
Our Prevent service package provides a strategic approach to preventative maintenance - including all core level service and maintenance, plus live (real time), non-invasive conditioned based monitoring support on mission-critical assets, as well as digital-twin capabilities, with complete reports and recommendations supplied.
Why Prevent?
Approximately 7% of data centre outages are caused as a result of process cooling issues. With enhanced connectivity and regular preventative maintenance intervals, we can help reduce this risk of downtime.
