The Wilo-Helix V is a highly efficient, vertical and multistage pump with an IE3/IE4 motor. All components that come in contact with the fluid are made of stainless steel (AISI 304/AISI 316L) and are therefore particularly corrosion-resistant.
The configurable pump can be used flexibly for applications ranging from water supply and pressure boosting to cooling technology and demanding industrial applications. It also has drinking water approval and is designed with easy maintenance in mind. In this way, the Wilo-Helix V combines high efficiency with a long service life and a wide range of possible applications.

Construction
- The pumps can be adapted to different applications with special mechanical seals (for mixed water & glycol, pure water, aggressive liquids, ...).
- The Helix series is also available in silicone-free or ATEX versions.
- The motors can also be customised, e.g. with an overpowered motor, IE4 efficiency, PTC, reinforced external corrosion protection, canopy, anti-condensation heating, specific RAL colour, ...

Options
Helix V pumps are available on request with various types of mechanical seals such as porous silicon carbide (Q7Q7) for cooling applications with water-glycol mixture or tungsten carbide/silicon carbide (UQ) for water treatment applications with pure water (conductivity below 3 µS/cm).
Helix V 2 ... 52 are available with Victaulic connections, Helix V 2 ... 16 are also available with Tri clamp connections (DIN 32676).
Both stainless steel variants (304 and 316L) can be offered with EPDM or FKM seals.
New IE4 motors in 50 Hz are available on request to save even more energy.
