The meeting was a 2-day event held on 25th - 26th February with the theme "The Adventure in Teamwork - A Wider Perspective" to kick start the year 2025 as various departments shared their goals for the year asaligned with the overall oragnizational goal.
This event was more than just a meeting; it was an enriching experience that highlighted the power of collaboration, communication, strategy, teamwork and the collective potential of our amazing team.
Here’s a glimpse of our event highlights:
- Departmental Presentations: Teams presented their goals and aspirations for the year 2025, showcasing the innovative strategies and collaborative spirit that fuel our success. These presentations sparked invaluable discussions and set a collaborative tone for 2025.
- Insights from an External Facilitator: We had the privilege of learning from an esteemed HR Consultant Mr. Adedoyin Adebayo who shared valuable insights "Driving a High Performance Culture through Effective Leadership and Work Ethics". This topic borders on teamwork dynamics, fostering a positive workplace culture, communication and strategies for enhancing performance. His perspective serves as a reminder of the importance of teamwork to success.
- Team Bonding Activities: We rolled up our sleeves asPractivate took us through various team bonding activities, including a fun and invigorating “team workout” session as well as breakout groups that encouraged creative problem-solving. These activities not only strengthened our bonds but also reinforced the theme of synergy and collaboration.
At the end of the event, we celebrated our achievements and recognized outstanding contributions. Congratulations to the winning team (Team Alpha) who took home the much-coveted trophy! Also, a special shout-out to our dedicated employees who received awards for their exceptional performance and commitment throughout 2024.
