VSD-LB/LC for digital, stepless power control of one-pump and multi-pump systems in water supply, heating, air conditioning and ventilation applications.
The frequency converter in the panel adjusts the number of revolutions depending on the load of the pump that controls. The pressure sensor connected to the installation senses the pressure on the installation and transmits it as a 4-20mA signal to the panel. The control system (PLC) keeps the set pressure value in the system constant at the set pressure value.
If the required flow rate is not provided by the working pumps, the other pumps enter the circuit starting from the most powerful one. If there is less need, starting from the oldest, the pumps are deactivated and fixed at the system setpoint.
