Construction
Vertical mixer for permanent installation in basins, on platforms or mounting brackets.
Drive unit
Gear motors, direct drives, belt drives or air or hydraulic drives are used as drive units. Rated power from 0.09 kW to 300 kW. The motors are suitable for continuous duty.
Installation plate
The installation plate connects the drive unit to the structure with suitable fixations. This may require a wall bracket, an IEC motor flange or a robust tripod. A gas-tight version is also available. This version facilitates operation in potentially explosive atmospheres.
Shaft sealing
If necessary, a shaft seal can be fitted to prevent dirt or leakage, for example, or to protect the mixer against aggressive processes.
Mixer shaft
The mixer shaft is available as a round or square shaft in different material types and dimensions. It links the drive unit to the propeller unit. The number of shaft couplings depends on the total shaft length, the installation conditions and the type of mixer.
Mixing devices
Mixing devices for all kinds of uses, from high-flow mixers with low energy consumption to turbines. The number and type of mixing devices depend on the process conditions at the user's site.
