Operating Principle
• Clean-water booster / circulation systems: A 4-20 mA pressure or level transmitter feeds the controller; pumps are started and stopped at the set-point shown on the display. Each new start selects the next pump in the rotation schedule to equalise running hours.
• Waste-water / drainage systems: The panel is driven by float switches or stainless-steel electrodes. As the liquid rises, pumps enter the duty sequence one-by-one; they fall out again as the level drops.
• Five selectable modes (via HMI): Waste Water, Clean Water, Sensor, Multi-tank, and Stop/Start—giving one panel the versatility to cover most HVAC or infrastructure duties.
Product Features and Benefits
• Digital HMI with password protection, factory-reset shortcut and bar/metre display options
• Universal level/pressure inputs: works with 4-20 mA transmitters, level floats or stainless-steel electrodes—no extra interface cards required
• Configurable protection limits: adjustable over-/under-voltage thresholds, 50 / 60 Hz supply selection and cos φ monitoring for advanced motor safety
• 12 V / 30 mA alarm output for panel beacons or buzzers; all alarm relays are freely configurable
• Self-learning pump current: the controller automatically detects each motor’s rated amperage during commissioning
• Per-pump status & fault data on screen plus individual run/fault relay contacts for BMS integration
• Leakage and PTC inputs for every pump and a dedicated high-level input for priority alarms • External On/Off terminals enable remote start/stop via dry contact
• Adjustable timings: start/stop delays, initial power-on delay, continuous-run timeout, I max (≤ 15 s), I min (≤ 120 s) and cos φ delay
• Switching limits: maximum 99 starts per session and up to 9 starts per minute prevent short-cycling
• Service-interval timer up to 9 999 h (≈ 13 months) triggers maintenance reminders • Dry-run management: four programmable retry intervals; test function can be enabled or disabled from the menu
• Periodic test and manual runtime entry ensure standby pumps remain operational • Up to ten thermistor reset cycles can be set per pump for enhanced protection
• Five selectable operating modes (Waste-water, Clean-water, Sensor, Multi-tank, Stop/Start) cover most booster, circulation and drainage duties
• IP55 powder-coated steel enclosure for robust operation in demanding plant-room or pit environments
