Senior Sales - Heat pump

工作地点:上海/北京

Main Accountabilities

  • Achieve the annual sale budget for the OEM business in heat pump industry;
  • Contribute to the marketing plan for the OEM business in heat pump industry and supervise the execution;
  • Report regularly the market situation as well as the Wilo China position in the market segment;
  • Manage the Spec-In sales force for medium and long-term results;
  • Ensure that all customer requests are taken care of by CRMs (one voice to the customer philosophy). Internal coordination with respective departments to resolve requests and problems. Monitor and analyses customer satisfaction and feedback to country sales director;
  • Develop and implement of sales strategy for geographical district / market segment in collaboration with country sales manager and in accordance with market segment and product management strategies;
  • Build relationships with major customers within area of responsibility and conduct negotiations when required. Support Key Account Managers and area sales manager where necessary;
  • Project management of large / significant projects up to the time of delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree or above in technical engineering or business management;
  • More than 10 years’ experience in sale of technical products and managing sales people;
  • OEM business experience for building service or industrial equipment is preferred, like compressor/valve/motor/frequency convertor/controller etc.;
  • Key accounts experience is a benefit;
  • Skill/Proven Ability for Marketing/KA and Dealer Management/ AR & DSO/Project and Negotiations/Contract management;
  • Good in English speaking and writing;
  • Presentation skills;

工作职责:

  • 负责完成相关行业在区域内的年度销售指标;

Business Development Manager

Main Accountabilities

  • Focus on developing the new business areas in OEM&IND, and extend their business size through cooperating with direct Sales and coordinating the necessary external and internal resources.
  • Make the new business development plan and coordinate its implementation.
  • Study and analyse the new products requirement for new and existing business, and on behalf of OEM/IND team cooperate with product application and other WCN departments for these new products development and launch.
  • Develop and implement the OEM&IND products strategy, roadmap and action plan.
  • Communicate with HQ for relative products’ technical documents localization and updating.
  • Make the new products sale plan and coordinate its implementation, also monitor the sale performance of the new products and provide the necessary support.
  • Cooperate with marketing department on promotions and advertisement events of OEM&IND products.
  • Prepare the training materials about new business, application and product, also carry out the centralized new business or products training to other colleagues and key accounts.
  • Be attentative to competitor’s interface and report to top managers.
  • Manage the business development team.
  • The other tasks assigned by Sales director.

Requirements

  • Bachelor or above degree, better major in HVAC or fluid machine or mechanical & Electrical engineering.
  • At least 3-5 years experience in HVAC area or industry equipment OEM area.
  • Preferred work experience on pump industry.
  • At least 3-5 years business development or product management experience.
  • Fluent in English on writing and oral.
  • Skilled on Microsoft office.
  • Strong communication and coordination ability.
  • Keen observation ability to market trend, good market analysis skill, good innovation ability and quick learner.

  • Awareness of emerging technologies, innovations, products, and solutions and in developing potential IT projects from concept through delivery, ability to translate idea and concepts into business;

  • Demonstrates a thorough level of abilities with and proven record of success as both an individual contributor and team member identifying and addressing customer needs with a focus on process and technology changes to logistics and warehousing functions;
  • Understanding of the manufacture industry and with significant experience working in an SAP ERP working context. Desirable industry criteria & qualifications required;
  • Experience in ALE and different types of IDocs related to Purchase Order, Sales order, Goods movement, Outbound deliveries and Invoice;
  • Thorough understanding of transmission of master data using ALE such as Material master, Vendor master and Customer master;

  • Experience working with corporate-wide IT applications and IT vendor relationship management;
