  • 民用建筑项目信息搜集跟踪;
  • 收集市场及行业信息,了解竞争对手动态情况,按公司要求完成各项报表;
  • 上级领导委派的其它任务。

职位要求:

  • 相关专科以上学历;
  • 3年以上泵或相关工业市场的销售经验;
  • 具有经销商维护及管理工作经验;
  • 勤恳踏实,较强的沟通、协调能力和团队协作能力;
  • 英文较好者优先。


销售代表(建筑民用产品)

工作地点:河南郑州

工作职责:

  • 负责威乐产品在中端市场销售,贯彻落实公司各项销售管理政策,按要求完成销售目标;
  • 所负责区域(河南,湖北)内空白市场销售网络经销商队伍的建设和培育;
  • 经销商管理、督导,完成销售目标和KPI;
  • 收集市场及行业信息,了解竞争对手动态情况;
  • 上级领导委派的其它任务。

职位要求:

  • 大学专科以上学历;
  • 具有水泵或相关行业3-5年工作经验,有四五线城市销售网络开发管理经验者优先;
  • 勤恳踏实,较强的沟通、协调能力和团队协作能力;
  • 熟练使用Excel、word、PPT等办公软件,英文较好者优先;
  • 可适应频繁出差。

销售代表(建筑民用产品)

工作地点:深圳

工作职责:

  • 负责威乐产品在粤东、福建地区销售及管理工作,贯彻落实公司各项销售管理政策,按要求完成销售目标;
  • 所负责区域内经销商的日常维护及空白市场的开发;
  • 对经销商的账款有效管理,达成公司回款指标;
  • 收集市场及行业信息,了解竞争对手动态情况,按公司要求完成各项报表;
  • 上级领导委派的其它任务。

职位要求:

  • 相关专科以上学历;
  • 3年以上泵或相关工业市场的销售经验;
  • 具有经销商维护及管理工作经验;

Cost Control and Analysis Specialist

工作地点:北京

工作职责:

  • CO basic maintenance (cycle/internal order/cost center/profit center/etc.);
  • Standard cost budget, activity and overhead calculation, analysis, maintenance;
  • Capital expense audit and monthly analysis review;
  • Performance analysis of inventory control, DIO, Obsolete, Scrap, Aging report;
  • Intercompany transaction (IC Quotation,IC price inquiry);
  • Annual budget of Capex and expense;
  • Plan physical count of inventory, report of variance analysis;
  • Other ad hoc assignments from department or management.

职位要求:

  • No less than 2 years working experience in manufacturing enterprises;
  • Good skills in MS Office;
  • Good inter-personal communication skills;
  • Bachelor degree majoring in Accounting/Economics related;
  • SAP experience is a plus.

C&B Manager

工作地点:北京

工作职责:

  • Establishing and administrating employee database, designing and optimizing C&B policies and procedures.
  • Regularly review to ensure compliance, consistency and cost-effectiveness
  • Responsible for total package review & proposal for the employees during new hire, promotion, personnel change and termination process
  • Monitor labor cost control, provide the headcount and labor cost analysis report
  • Assist in job analysis and evaluation, job grading system establishment and update
  • Participate market survey, job matching and benchmarking, provide the survey result sharing, and market trend and prevalence/practice report via data analysis
  • Support to implement annual manpower planning, C&B processes including headcount planning, labor cost budgeting, merit increase, incentive program etc. and provide the guideline, process, timeline and communication/training program to ensure all processes delivery on time and within the budget
  • Lead goal setting, performance management activities
  • Assist to design and implement employee engagement and other projects/activities as required
  • Responsible for C&B project

职位要求

  • University degree or above;
  • Over 10 years of progressive HR experience in MNC, and at least 8 years’ experience in Compensation and Benefits, industry background is preferred;
  • Strong knowledge of China legislation & trends in the area of compensation and benefits;
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills;
  • People management skill;
  • Project management skill;
  • English language fluency (spoken and written);
  • Proficiency in SAP, Excel, PowerPoints and other IT applications.
