Highly efficient, non-self-priming, high-pressure multistage centrifugal pump in vertical design with in-line connection, equipped with electronically controlled EC motor with energy efficiency class IE5 according to IEC 60034-30-2.

The pump and motor shafts are connected via clamp coupling. A special lantern ball bearing ensures optimum admission of axial thrusts. Special, built-in lifting eyes allow the pump to be easily installed.

The pump is suitable for the water supply, water distribution and pressure boosting, for industrial circulation systems, process water, closed cooling circuits and heating applications. It can also be used in washing systems as well as for irrigation.

Control modes:

  • Constant speed n-c: manually with the green button or using an external signal
  • Constant pressure p-c, constant differential pressure ∆p-c, variable pressure p-v, variable differential pressure ∆p-v: Pressure control via sensor, setpoint configuration with the green button or using the external signal
  • PID control: Other constant control variables (temperature, volume flow, pressure etc.) with sensor, setpoint configuration with the green button or using the external signal

Notes on the design

  • Depending on the version, the Helix2.0-VE series is equipped with a user-friendly mechanical gasket (X-Seal) in cartridge design as well as a standard gasket for easy maintenance or a standard mechanical seal.
  • For PN 16 and PN 25 version pumps, round counter flanges made of grey cast iron or stainless steel, screws, nuts and gaskets are available as accessories.
  • The spacer coupling enables the mechanical seal to be replaced quickly and easily without removing the motors (from 5.5 kW and higher).
  • Optional plug-in Wilo CIF modules PLR, LON, BACnet MS/TP, Modbus RTU, CANopen, Ethernet Multi-protocol (Modbus TCP, BACnet/IP) for connection to the building automation
  • Optional connection for M12 RJ45 CIF Ethernet
  • Sensors are available as accessories: Differential pressure set 4–20 mA and relative pressure set 4–20 mA

  • Testing and adaptation of initial compressing of pressure tanks (filling up to 80 litres incl.)
  • Functional check of fitted system(s)
