Multistage, non self-priming, vertical high-pressure centrifugal pump in in-line design with three-phase glandless pump motor.

The pump has a self-venting, compact design with a continuous motor/pump shaft and bearings on the motor side. All hydraulic parts which come into contact with the fluid are made of stainless steel. The connection is established by means of oval flanges.

The pump is suitable for water and pressure boosting.

In order to ensure and guarantee operational reliability of the pumps/systems, it is recommended to have regular and DIN-compliant inspections, maintenance and repair carried out by WILO SE’s own customer service. The tasks are carried out in accordance with DIN 31051 / DIN EN 13306. The tasks comprise the following points:

  • Visual inspection of the pumps/systems
  • Mechanical check
  • Electrical check
  • Inspection of any diaphragm expansion tanks in the system (not filling)
  • Review and, if necessary, adjustment of the system parameters
  • Drawing up a maintenance and repair report

WILO SE schedules and organises initial maintenance and repairs. Further customised maintenance and repair services are possible after the first maintenance and repairs are conducted.

  • Parameterisation and setting of switchgear
  • Testing and adaptation of initial compressing of pressure tanks (filling up to 80 litres incl.)
  • Functional check of fitted system(s)
  • Practice-oriented operation instruction
  • Wilo commissioning protocol

The price for commissioning only applies to system(s) which have been installed in accordance with the installation and operating instructions and state-of-the-art technology. No costs for any materials which may be required are included.
