Wilo Non-Clog End-Suction Pumps
High-solids pumping for municipal / industrial sewage, and storm-water applications
Reliable solids handling for municipal and industrial wastewater systems
The Non-Clog Sewage Pump range is engineered for demanding wastewater environments where reliability, solids handling, and operational efficiency are critical.
Designed for municipal networks, sewage treatment plants, industrial effluent systems, and storm-water stations, the portfolio offers over 50 end-suction pump models across multiple series to meet a wide variety of hydraulic and installation needs.
With optimized non-clog hydraulics, robust materials of construction, and service-friendly design features, these pumps ensure continuous, low-maintenance operation even under severe contamination or high-solids loading.
Your advantages
- Reliable solids handling with 2-vane or 3-vane impellers (ball passage up to 200 mm, series-dependent).
- Wide hydraulic portfolio covering DN 50 to DN 800, flows up to 8,000 m³/h and heads up to 61 m.
- Robust cast-iron, bronze, stainless steel, duplex and super-duplex material options.
- Service-friendly back pull-out construction for fast maintenance without disturbing piping.
- Horizontal or vertical execution for flexible installation.
- Upshot/Overshot discharge orientation depending on model.
- Low vibration and reduced noise levels.
- Energy-efficient hydraulic design for lower power consumption and reduced lifecycle costs.
- Standardized flanges for global system compatibility.
Design Type
The Non-Clog End-Suction range is engineered for continuous operation in wastewater, sewage, industrial effluent and storm-water transfer applications.
The portfolio includes five series: SK, KN, MFV, SW, ESS; each developed to handle high-solids loading and abrasive media with minimal risk of blockage.
The series cover a broad spectrum of duty points with multiple discharge diameters, hydraulic configurations, impeller designs, and mounting executions. All models are available with gland packing (standard) or mechanical seal (optional) and can be supplied in horizontal or vertical installations depending on site requirements.
Application
For pumping of:
- Raw municipal sewage
- Wastewater containing solids and fibrous material
- Treated and partially treated effluent
- Industrial process wastewater
- Storm-water and flood-control flows
Equipment/function
- Gland-packed seal (standard)
- Optional mechanical seal (SiC/SiC)
- Grease lubrication (standard), oil lubrication (optional)
- IEC motor versions depending on configuration
- Standard or spacer coupling (series dependent)
- Clockwise / Anti-Clockwise direction of rotation
- Horizontal / vertical mounting (model dependent)

Commissioning
For all end-suction non-clog pumps, proper priming, alignment, and vibration checks are required before startup.
ESS units are not overflow-proof and must be shut down immediately in case of water ingress. Regular inspection of sealing chambers and wear parts is recommended for optimal service life.
