Glandless circulator, synchronous motor according to ECM technology and integrated power control for continuous differential pressure control. Can be used for all domestic hot water circulation systems in industry and building services.

Standard-equipped with:

  • Preselectable control modes for optimum load adjustment: Δp-c (constant differential pressure), Δp-v (variable differential pressure)
  • 3 speed stages (n = constant)
  • LED for setting the setpoint and displaying error messages
  • Electrical connection with the Wilo plug
  • Fault signal light and contact for collective fault signal

For flange-end pumps - flange versions:

  • Standard version for DN 32 to DN 65 pumps: Combination flange PN 6/10 (flange PN 16 in accordance with EN 1092-2) for counter flanges PN 6 and PN 10

The Wilo-Connect module Yonos MAXO is a retrofittable plug-in module for Wilo-Yonos MAXO/Yonos MAXO-D/Yonos MAXO-Z pumps.

The Wilo-Connect module Yonos MAXO is installed on the electronic module of the pump at the position of the Wilo plug.

Utilisation of the Wilo-Connect moduleYonos MAXO dispenses with external contactors and other switchgears as well as the associated installation workload. The load of customer-side switchgears (relays) due to high starting currents is reduced to a minimum by the Connect module Yonos MAXO.

For perfect functioning of the pump(s) / system(s), it is recommended to have the commissioning carried out by the works' own WILO SE Customer Service Department. Optimum setting and efficient operation of the system are ensured as a result. Commissioning is comprised of the following points:

  • Commissioning of system(s) according to checklist
  • Parameterisation and setting of switchgear
  • Testing and adaptation of initial compressing of pressure tanks (filling up to 80 litres incl.)
  • Functional check of fitted system(s)
  • Practice-oriented operation instruction
  • Wilo commissioning protocol

The price for commissioning only applies to system(s) which have been installed in accordance with the installation and operating instructions and state-of-the-art technology. No costs for any materials which may be required are included.
