The Wilo Comfort Twin System pressurisation units are designed for use on heating or chilled water systems and include 1 pump per system, each pump capable of up to and including 3.5, 6.0 and 8.0 bar cold fill pressures.

The unit is fitted with an 18 litre polypropylene break tank c/w type AB air gap to BS13077:2008 and water regulations 1999, Wras approved equilibrium ball float valve to BS1212 and a low water float switch and strainers for pump protection.

Each pump is fitted with a non return valve and quick release couplings for ease of maintenance. The two pressure transducers monitor each system pressure individually and feed 0-10v signals to the comfort controller.

Comfort Controller is complete with the following features:

• Pump check routine, that runs both pumps for 2 seconds if inactive for 7-90 days
