Non-self-priming, single-stage in-line centrifugal pump with axially split housing and double-sided suction impeller for installation on a base frame.

Sealing between the two parts of the pump housing is achieved by means of a paper gasket.

Shaft sealing is ensured with a flushed mechanical seal or with a cooled stuffing box packing.

The system is optionally delivered as a

  • Complete unit, comprising a pump with semi-elastic coupling, coupling guard and motor on a common base frame
  • Pump with semi-elastic coupling, coupling guard on a base frame
  • Bare shaft pump, without base frame

Utilisation

  • Raw water intake, pressure boosting and general transport in power plants, waterworks and municipal drinking water supply networks
  • Cooling water and industrial water supply in power plants and industrial facilities
  • Irrigation in professional irrigation/agriculture
  • Pumping of heating water (in accordance with VDI 2035 Germany) and water-glycol mixtures

For perfect functioning of the pump(s) / system(s), it is recommended to have the commissioning carried out by the works' own WILO SE Customer Service Department. Optimum setting and efficient operation of the system are ensured as a result. Commissioning is comprised of the following points:

  • Commissioning of pump(s) according to checklist
  • Functional check of pump(s)
  • Alignment of pump(s)
  • Practice-oriented operation instruction
  • Wilo commissioning protocol

The price for commissioning only applies to system(s) which have been installed in accordance with the installation and operating instructions and state-of-the-art technology. No costs for any materials which may be required are included.

  • Testing pressure vessels that may be on hand
  • Review and, if necessary, adjustment of the system parameters
  • Creating a maintenance protocol

Scheduling and organisation is performed by WILO. Other individual maintenance offers are possible on request. The price of the maintenance is valid inside Germany.
