Fully submersible, multistage pump for pumping industrial and drinking water (ACS rating) with radial or semi-axial impellers in sectional construction for vertical or horizontal installation, with built-in non-return valve. Corrosion-free single-phase or three-phase AC motor for direct starting with water-glycol filling. Hermetically cast with enamel-insulated windings, resin-impregnated and self-lubricating bearings. The motor is cooled by the pumped fluid. Therefore, the unit must always be operated immersed. The limit values for maximum fluid temperature and minimum flow velocity must be adhered to. Vertical installation is possible with or without cooling jacket. In cases of horizontal installation, a cooling jacket must always be provided .

For perfect functioning of the pump(s) / system(s), it is recommended to have the commissioning carried out by the works' own WILO SE Customer Service Department. Optimum setting and efficient operation of the system are ensured as a result. Commissioning is comprised of the following points:

  • Commissioning of system(s) according to checklist
  • Parameterisation and setting of switchgear
  • Testing and adaptation of initial compressing of pressure tanks (filling up to 80 litres incl.)
  • Functional check of fitted system(s)
  • Practice-oriented operation instruction
  • Wilo commissioning protocol

The price for commissioning only applies to system(s) which have been installed in accordance with the installation and operating instructions and state-of-the-art technology. No costs for any materials which may be required are included.

  • Testing pressure vessels that may be on hand
