Together with maintenance partner Western, new standards for green and energy-efficient data centers were set by implementing the technologically advanced Stratos GIGA B pumps.

The pumps of the Stratos GIGA B series with the energy-efficient IE5 motors according to IEC 60034-30-2 are a crucial component for the energy efficiency of the data center in Haarlem. The use of these pumps ensures safe operation with minimal power consumption.

In addition, Wilo supported the installation, commissioning and maintenance to ensure that the system in the Iron Mountain data center always performs optimally. The old pumps were sent to Wilo's main plant in Germany, where they are dismantled and the materials returned to the recycling cycle.
