Switchgear CKMA-HS
Ваши преимущества
• Clog-free reliability: The integrated solids-separator tank traps debris before it reaches the pumps, dramatically reducing blockage risk and maintenance calls.
• Built-in redundancy: Configurable 1 + 1, 2 + 1 or 3 + 1 duty/stand-by layouts keep one pump permanently on standby, while auto-changeover and equal-age rotation balance run-time hours across the fleet.
• Real-time insight: A colour touch-screen HMI shows live levels, electrical values (V, A, Hz) and trending graphs, stores the last 100 alarms and even logs every set-point change for full traceability.
• Proactive maintenance: Date-/time-based service reminders, resettable hour-counters and on-demand auto-tests help planners act before faults occur.
• Seamless connectivity: Modbus RTU/TCP, Ethernet + WebGate and an optional GSM/GPRS modem enable remote monitoring, SMS alarm forwarding and phone-based control.
• Harsh-site toughness: IP 65 steel enclosure with internal transformer, LED light, fan and heater protects electronics from humidity, dust and temperature swings—ideal for underground chambers.
• Future-ready options: Spare I/O for pneumatic valve actuation, drainage pump control, extra fans and fused auxiliary outputs allow easy upgrades without panel replacement.
Тип
Microprocessor-controlled CKMA-HS switchgear automates up to four pumps in a solids-separator lift station. A hydrostatic 4-20 mA level sensor feeds the PLC, which energises pumps according to user-defined start/stop levels and “equal-age” rotation logic. The panel accommodates pneumatic valve actuation, features a lockable short-circuit-rated main isolator, and ships inside an IP 65 wall-mount cabinet complete with isolation transformer, LED service light, enclosure fan and anti-condensation heater.
