Wilo-CO MVI Press Release

Cedarburg, WI. WILO USA LLC, a subsidiary of WILO SE, proudly unveils its latest innovation: the Vertical Multistage Booster Systems, known as the Wilo-CO MVI Series. These state-of-the-art systems are meticulously crafted to tackle the distinctive hurdles encountered by contemporary buildings, such as heightened structures, fluctuating operating environments, and constrained pump room dimensions. Through the CO MVI series, Wilo presents pioneering remedies for water supply and pressure-enhancement needs.

The robust design of the CO MVI expands the existing booster range by offering increased horsepower, ensuring optimal performance even in demanding scenarios. Available in 2-4 pump systems, the CO MVI adapts seamlessly to varying requirements, making it suitable for a wide range of applications. The specifications include a maximum flow of 3160 gpm, a maximum head of 989 feet, and a 100 HP maximum per pump. Additionally, the stainless-steel manifolds range from 2 to 10 inches.

Energy efficiency is a hallmark of the CO MVI series, providing full system kWh energy reporting to enable efficient resource management. Precision control is achieved through variable speed control per pump, ensuring precise water delivery and optimizing performance. The user-friendly 7-inch touchscreen interface simplifies operation and monitoring, allowing users to easily manage the system.

Advanced connectivity features include onboard Modbus and optional BACnet™ and LonWorks® interfaces, facilitating seamless integration into existing systems. Real-time diagnostics allow users to monitor system health and performance remotely, ensuring timely maintenance and troubleshooting.

Safety features are paramount in the MVI series. An adjustable low-pressure cut-out protects against low-pressure situations/cavitation as well as pipe-burst protection for the entire system. Additionally, balanced run time ensures that all pumps operate evenly, extending their lifespan.
