Wilo Reaches M&A Agreement in Canada

Montreal, Quebec. WILO Canada Inc., a subsidiary of WILO SE, has acquired the assets of PLAD Equipment Ltd., a company specializing in pumps and packaged pump systems for HVAC, boosting, firefighting, and irrigation applications. Plad, based in Montreal and Quebec City, Quebec, Canada, employs 43 people and also offers pump repair and machining services.

“With this acquisition, Plad is strengthening Wilo‘s regional presence to meet local customer needs with locally manufactured products.“ explains Jeff Plaster, CEO/Senior Vice President of Region North America of Wilo USA LLC. “We also expand our customer base in the Canadian market to further serve their needs."
