Stationary wet well installation (5)
The pumps are submerged in fluid. The connection to the discharge line is normally made via a suspension unit. The pump can be lifted upwards out of the pump chamber for maintenance purposes. No screws need to be removed or water drained for this. The switching volume must be known for correct pump operation. The switching volume can be calculated by means of the difference between the activation and deactivation points. The deactivation point is determined by the operating mode for immersed and non-immersed operation of the motor.

Portable wet well installation (11)
Installation example Installation drawing The pump is equipped with a pump foot (integrated in the pump housing or separately as an accessory). With this pump foot, the pump can be easily and flexibly installed in any operating space. Hoses are used as discharge pipes. Connection is with a hose nipple or Storz coupling. For a level-dependent operation, it is recommended to use a pump with a float switch.
