The Wilo-Rexa PRO-S grinder pump delivers reliable pressure drainage. Its radial macerator with a double-shear effect efficiently shreds solids, preventing clogs and ensuring safe operation. Additionally, overall costs are significantly reduced. First, the optimized hydraulics provide high efficiency and maximum discharge head. Second, the pump allows for connection to the smallest possible piping. The high-quality gray cast iron motor is robust and easy to maintain. Construction
Single-phase version
The sewage pump features a radial macerator with a double shear effect. The pump has a horizontal discharge port with a flange connection. The hydraulics housing and impeller are made of grey cast iron, while the macerator is made of hardened cutting steel. The surface-cooled single-phase motor includes winding temperature monitoring and an internal moisture probe for leakage detection. The oil-filled sealing chamber with two mechanical seals also has an external moisture probe for leakage detection. The motor housing is made of grey cast iron. The pump is supplied with a detachable connection cable with bare cable ends. The pump has an Ex-rating as standard.
Three-phase version
