Construction
The sewage pump features a radial macerator with a double shear effect. The pump has a horizontal discharge port with a flange connection. The hydraulics housing and impeller are made of grey cast iron, while the macerator is made of hardened cutting steel. The surface-cooled three-phase motor includes winding temperature monitoring and an internal moisture probe for leakage detection. The oil-filled sealing chamber with two mechanical seals also has an external moisture probe for leakage detection. The motor housing is made of grey cast iron. The pump is supplied with a detachable connection cable with bare cable ends. The pump has an Ex-rating as standard.
