Cedarburg, WI – Wilo USA, a subsidiary of WILO SE, is pleased to introduce the Wilo-Rexa NORM, a new dry-installed sewage pump range designed for reliable and efficient operation across municipal, wastewater treatment, and industrial applications. The offering includes six hydraulic sizes and multiple motor configurations, providing utilities, consulting engineers, contractors, and industrial operators with a versatile solution for demanding wastewater applications.
The Wilo-Rexa NORM combines optimized pump hydraulics with NEMA motors, U.S.-made baseplates and robust coupling solutions. ANSI flange configurations support integration into a wide range of piping systems.
Designed for stationary dry installation and continuous operation, the Wilo-Rexa NORM is suitable for pumping untreated sewage, wastewater, and process water. Optimized impellers and low NPSH characteristics support smooth hydraulic operation under partial-load and overload conditions, while high overall efficiency helps reduce operating costs.
Reliability is supported by an optimized bearing-bracket design, a fluid-side mechanical seal, and an additional sealing gap. The bearing bracket incorporates separate sealing and leakage chambers, with optional sealing-chamber monitoring available for applications requiring additional operational oversight.
For simplified maintenance, the Wilo-Rexa NORM features a back pull-out design with a spacer coupling. This allows the impeller and rotating assembly to be removed without disconnecting the pump hydraulics from the pipeline or removing the motor from the baseplate, helping service teams perform maintenance with less system disassembly.
