WZA gears up for 2026
The Wilo Southern African team gathered for a motivational three-day kick-off meeting with a strong emphasis on opportunities for development through focus, execution and endurance.
The meeting commenced with an engaging and encouraging opening presentation by the Managing Director - Middle East and Africa, followed by insightful sessions and workshops focused on growth opportunities, workflow and processes, customer support and service which were led by Mr. Clemens Pretorius.
On the second day, we proceeded with the workshops tailored to encourage outside-the-box thinking and problem solving. The day concluded with an engaging team building session and an awards ceremony where we recognized outstanding achievements of our colleagues at WZA.
We extend our sincere gratitude to the Managing Director and Managing Members from Wilo Middle East and Africa for their guidance and support during this three-day meeting.
