YOUR TASKS

  • Be the WILO representative in a given geographical area to promote WILO's products and services.
  • Review and preparation of projects for the different markets (Mining, Construction and Industry). Prevent difficulties within the project execution and follow up the development of the project until the fulfillment of the contract.
  • Be the main contact for customer relationship management (potential and existing customers) by organizing customer visits and events.
  • Overseeing technical projects and scheduling appointments (timelines), costs and resources.
  • Preparation of bids and quotations required by our client portfolio. Keeping our pipeline of relevant quotations up to date.
  • Ensuring to work within the Company's pricing and discounting policy.
  • Support and assistance in technical and commercial meetings. Continuously develop communication and collaboration with our different technical and commercial areas.
  • Ensure the creation of technical documents, presentations, brochures, catalogs and animations.
  • Design and prepare plans and outlines of budgets, costs and quotations in terms of deadlines, as well as define interfaces and perform target-actual comparison.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Qualified engineer or technologist (mechanical or industrial).
  • At least 3 years of work experience in the area
  • High customer orientation
  • Intermediate English
  • Intermediate-advanced knowledge of Excel and Power Point is desirable.
