YOUR TASKS
- Improve sales performance by supporting internal sales operational processes (quotations, phone calls, etc.) and provide general support when needed, always ensuring total responsiveness and confidentiality
- Assists the sales department to ensure consistent and timely responses to customer needs
- Works with project managers and the sales team to streamline the contract booking and equipment selection process through technical information provided by the company's sales and software agents
- Organize and create an effective sales support service for administrative procedures, ensuring accuracy and timeliness are key priorities.
- Plan, coordinate and manage small projects as required.

Act as a central point of contact for staff in relation to general personnel queries. Liaise with central support functions for advice and guidance.

Take responsibility for the completion of all standard reports and forms required by the Group.

Promote an efficient and professional image to all customers, both internal and external.

Prepare technical and commercial presentations of products and their applications to customer groups (virtual presentations).

Attend internal and external trainings scheduled by the company.

Registration of offers in CRM and status update
- Recording and reporting KPI's periodically to your supervisor.
