YOUR TASKS
- Acts in accordance with supply chain policies, procedures and practices to meet requirements in support of operational and short-term business needs.
- Contributes to the purchase of materials and equipment to ensure uninterrupted supply at optimum cost.
- Supports to ensure the connection between sales, purchasing, production control, traffic and warehousing to support a manufacturing operation and optimize costs.
- Receipt and review of order entry documents.
- Order management and cost control in Microsoft Navision ERP, generation of Sales Orders and Purchase Orders.
- Realization of Purchase Orders to the different factories.
- Coordination and follow-up of international shipments, contact with customers and shippers (import process).
- Forwarders management, costs and comparatives.
- Contribute with the control of documents in shared folders with Finance.
- Contribute with the foreign trade file.
- Keep control of delivery dates of orders.
- Prepare the monthly invoicing forecast based on the order delivery schedule.
- Organize the logistics of domestic and foreign deliveries.
- If necessary, support the warehouse for the reception and shipment of shipments, hire external personnel for packing or external companies to perform loading or unloading maneuvers, as well as special delivery services.
- Attend external or internal trainings according to Wilo's internal plan.
YOUR PROFILE
- Bachelor's degree in foreign trade, logistics or similar
- Knowledge: Excel
- Languages: Intermediate / Advanced English
- High sense of responsibility
- Careful way of working
- Willingness to learn continuously
