YOUR TASKS

  • •Being the representative of WILO in a designated geographical area in order to create awareness for WILO products and services
  • Being the primary contact for customer relationship management (prospects and existing customers) by organizing customer visits and events
  • Ensure the correct and entirely recording and maintenance of customer data into the country database
  • Ensure that WILO products are placed in the distribution channels of the relevant customers
  • Influence our customers to install and specify WILO Products
  • Ensure a close cooperation with the local marketing department to safeguard that events run smoothly and efficiently
  • Develop an annual quantitative and qualitative budget to develop specific actions for assigned geographical area in the context of the sales policy accurately
  • Liaise with relevant departments of WILO to safeguard highest customer satisfaction
  • Ensure to work within the pricing and discount policy of the Company
  • Carry out prioritization of customers based on a,b,c analysis

YOUR PROFILE

  • Degree in Engineering or Master in craftsman
  • High customer orientation
  • Communication skills
  • Experience at least 3 years
  • Capacity for analytical and logical reasoning
  • High sense of responsibility
  • Careful way of working
  • Ability to concentrate and willingness to perform
  • Willingness to learn continuously
