YOUR TASKS

  • Improve sales performance by supporting internal sales operations (quotations, phone calls, etc.) and providing general support as needed, always ensuring full discretion and confidentiality.
  • Assist the sales department to ensure consistent and timely responses to customer needs.
  • Work with project managers and the sales team to streamline the contract booking process and equipment selection using the technical information provided by sales agents and company software.
  • Organize and provide effective commercial support for administrative procedures, ensuring accuracy and timeliness as key priorities.
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage small projects as required.
  • Act as the central point of contact for staff regarding general personnel queries, liaising with central support functions for advice and guidance.
  • Ensure that all standard reports and forms required by the Group are completed.
  • Promote an efficient and professional image to all internal and external customers.
  • Prepare technical and commercial product presentations and application overviews for customer groups (virtual presentations).
  • Attend internal and external training sessions scheduled by the company.
  • Register quotations in the CRM system and update their status.
  • Record and report KPIs periodically to your supervisor.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Education: Degree in Engineering
  • Experience: Previous experience in technical sales or sales support (desirable).
  • Interpersonal skills:
    Strong customer orientation
    Effective communication
    Results-oriented attitude
