YOUR TASKS

Marketing Campaigns & Promotions

• Execute and monitor local marketing campaigns and promotions in coordination with the Regional Marketing Manager
• Define and roll out local campaigns, implement regional or global marketing concepts
• Ensure all campaign and promotion phases are completed on time
• Create and distribute marketing materials to support campaigns

PR & Communication

• Support local PR activities in line with the regional PR strategy
• Ensure consistency of brand and product image across all communication channels
• Coordinate with internal marketing teams and external agencies/partners

Sales & Event Support

• Assist the sales team with local events, trade shows, roadshows, and customer visits
• Coordinate booth setup, logistics, materials, invitations, and follow-ups
• Prepare and adapt presentations and materials for sales meetings and customer presentations

Technical Content / Industry Knowledge

• Adapt, translate, and proofread technical documentation, product sheets, and training materials
• Ensure technical accuracy of marketing collateral
• Support local training and workshops for sales and customers

Content Creation & Design

• Create, adapt, and maintain marketing materials, presentations, and visuals
• Use tools such as Microsoft Office, Canva; knowledge of Photoshop is desirable, Illustrator/InDesign optional
• Ensure compliance with corporate design guidelines
• Digital Marketing & SEO (optional / nice-to-have)
• Support local website updates, content optimization, and SEO efforts
• Assist with e-business activities, digital campaigns, and online documentation

Project Coordination & Collaboration

• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely project execution
• Track campaign progress, timelines, and KPIs
• Contribute to global marketing projects and support local implementation
• Customer-Related Activities
• Support customer satisfaction surveys and derive follow-up actions
• Participate in loyalty programs, customer events, and retention activities

Finance & Administration

• Assist with budget planning, controlling, and reporting according to group standards
• Provide administrative support: scheduling, documentation, follow-ups
• Ensure compliance with established marketing policies, processes, and best practices

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Advanced English (written and spoken)
• 2–4 years of experience in operational marketing
• Experience in the pump or technical B2B industry is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Canva; Optional Photoshop, Illustrator/InDesign
• Experience with digital marketing and SEO is a plus
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to work independently, communicate clearly, and report to the Regional Marketing Manager
• Detail-oriented and precise
• Team player with strong collaboration skills across sales, marketing, and external partners
