YOUR TASKS
- Develop and supervise production schedules to meet production and delivery goals.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure resources (materials, personnel, equipment) are available.
- Maintain and update the BOM (Bill of Materials) database for various products on the production line.
- Coordinate service schedules, including technical visits, repairs, and customer communication for reports and quotations.
- Supervise and guide the production and service teams, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
- Implement training and development programs to enhance team skills.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards for products and services.
- Monitor and manage inventory of materials and finished goods to optimize efficiency.
- Identify and resolve operational issues affecting production or service quality.
- Maintain effective communication with departments (sales, logistics, purchasing) to meet company objectives.
- Analyze production data and generate reports for senior management.
- Ensure compliance with legal and safety regulations in all operations.
YOUR PROFILE
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Production, or similar fields.
- Experience in production, operations, or technical service is an advantage.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of English.
- Proficiency in Office tools, especially Excel, is required.
- Knowledge of safety and legal regulations.
- Ability to analyze production data and generate reports.
- Experience in implementing safety procedures.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to use KPIs for performance measurement.
